I wrote a Claude Code plugin suite my engineering team used every day, for ticket refinement, implementation planning, PR review and database migrations. Not demos. Things a real team kept using.

The short version

Ravi Anand Kumar

I started out teaching. Before I wrote software for a living I spent nearly three years training students and working professionals in C#, .NET and SQL, and mentoring the other trainers doing it.

Then I went and built the things instead: loyalty and hospitality systems in C# and ASP.NET, two years on a healthcare platform in Django and Vue, and since 2019 at byrd in Berlin, where I was promoted to Frontend Tech Lead and owned the design system and frontend architecture behind a B2B logistics platform.

The teaching never really stopped. It turned into design systems, code review and hiring, which are all the same job: making something legible to whoever has to work in it next.
